Specialist in Osmosis Treatment with Hotvac
Osmosis is a complicated, technical and chemical problem. But it need not be fatal to the hull if the problem is handled in the right way and the treatments are done properly. We have studied this problem thoroughly and gathered information from sources all over the world. We have mastered the chemical processes. We know how to treat a hull suffering from osmosis and we give a five year written warranty on every treatment we do.
We are the first and so far the only company in Turkey to introduce and implement the HOTVAC system to boat owners having osmosis problems.

We do teak deck replacement, deck maintenance, caulking renewal, and interior and exterior joinery work.

Fiberglass
We are experts in fiberglass (FRG) fabrication and restoration. We do fiberglass damage repairs including structural repairs and finish work.
Rigging
The leading names in rigging technology in the world are STALOK wire terminals and NAVTEC. We are the main dealer for STALOK and the agent for NAVTEC. All our wires and rigging fittings and components meet Lloyd’s approved standards. Our swaging machine is the highest quality in it’s range. We are able to swage up to 16mm wire. Our skilled riggers are available for any of your needs including mast rigging, guard rails, lifelines and spar work.
Electrical, Refrigeration/Cooling Systems and Water-makers
We can help you on any work to be done concerning your electrics and refrigeration systems. We are dealers for Iceberg cooling systems which is widely used on Swan, Baltic, Jongert and many other yachts. We are the dealers for SeaFresh water makers and a service agent for HP water makers.
Stainless Steel and Metal Work -- Accessories Fabrication
We fabricate Bimini, Solar panel Arches, Bow Sprits, Bow Protection Plates, Stanchions, Pulpits, Chain plates, Fairleads, Water / Holding and Diesel Tanks
Unless it is specified, the only metal we use to manufacture your stainless steel parts is marine grade 316 or 316L stainless steel. Our experienced and highly skilled metal work shop technicians are available to fabricate and install any parts that you need. Parts that we manufacture such as arches, biminis or bow sprits are first drawn on Autocad or 3DMax software and presented to you prior to manufacturing.

We are experts at finding parts for your boat and getting them to you with minimum hassle, customs, transportation fees, delivery charges and other costs.
Technical Control Of All On-Board Systems
We will do a thorough inspection of all your yacht’s systems (excluding electronics) and will give you the best advice on what needs to be done and prioritise what there be done in order to keep your boat in the best condition.

Our team has many years of experience in Diesel Marine Engineering and yacht maintenance. We have on our staff an exceptional senior mechanic.
Preparation for Lay-up and Launching
We offer a complete winterizing service, including engine oil and filter change, water pump impellor change, antifreeze checking, water maker servicing and water tank drainage. We will take your sails off and have them cleaned, repaired of minor damage, and stored. We will put your boat up on the hard and re-launch it in the spring. You can step off your boat at the end of a sailing season, leave your job list with us, and find your boat in the water, clean and ready to sail when you return in the spring. We produce monthly progress reports to keep you informed.
